What a perfect description of poetry. Love your photograph. xx, JP/deb
you know, last year in vancouver, my best friend traded me a book of jeanette winterson’s. i tried to read it, but it wasn’t the right time. i know you love her (amongst other people whose booky tastes i trust) so i might pick it up again in a few days.
That photograph is GOR-GEOUS!!!!
that’s an AWESOME quote!
Your quote brought W.C. Williams to mind:
It is difficult
to get the news from poems
yet men die miserably every day
for lack
of what is found there.
