Unravelling #2:
Living in My World

‘There was such a natural flow to the work…  Through your videos, photo and writing assignments, words of praise and encouragement, the development of a sisterhood – as well as the openness you shared with us – you allowed me to feel comfortable finding me again. After posting my last photo, I felt grounded.  I know the 45-year-old me and accept my gift as a powerful part of who I am…I BELIEVE.’ ~ Tammy

This new Unravelling e-course picks up the thread from the original class; this time we’re diving back into our lives to unravel our beliefs, our personal stories and our gifts. Through the use of photography and journaling you’ll uncover even more layers of your self, with exercises to develop mindfulness in your daily life, assignments that honour the sacred places you cherish, and new opportunities to explore your self-image.

So many of you opened your hearts on camera and drew courage from your classmates in Unravelling #1, and I want to keep that amazing energy going! So throughout this new course I’ll be encouraging you to use video alongside your photographs to share stories and thoughts with your fellow Unravellers (but of course, this won’t be compulsory :) Whichever tool you choose to use we’ll create a safe space for you to dig into your world and unravel your findings.

Just like the first course, Living in My World will include:

  • Weekly photo assignments
  • Twice-weekly writing exercises
  • Weekly videos from Susannah (accessible even after the course ends)
  • Group connecting on the private discussion boards
  • A beautiful PDF of the entire course for you to download and refer to again and again

To get the maximum benefit from the Unravelling courses I recommend taking the classes in order, so with that in mind Unravelling: Living in My World is only open to those who have already taken Unravelling #1.

By the end of the two courses you’ll have a very gentle sense of completion, and a readiness to take the Unravelling concepts you’ve learned, your camera and your new online tribe of supporters forward with you into your life. As with any type of class the more you put into the course the more you’ll get out of it. A few hours a week… an open heart… a willingness to take a look and see what you find.
