Crone Cards is based on the Triple Goddess archetype—the Maiden, Mother, and Crone—that empowers women of all ages to reconnect with their intuition, lived experiences, and innate wisdom.
The word “crone” has long carried negative associations, but in ancient times, the crone was revered as a keeper of knowledge and healing.
Crone Cards reclaims that power and reframes the word itself, inviting us to honor the Crone and channel her sage guidance into our everyday lives. Each card offers a snapshot of the Crone’s life story told in her own words, followed by reflection prompts that offer a framework for guided journaling, meditation, or creative rituals.Â

The set includes:
52 cards (3 x 5 inches): Each card features richly textured, hand-painted watercolor illustrations by Rachel Grant that blend a cozy sensibility with evocative nature imagery. Divided into Maiden, Mother, and Crone suits, the deck reflects the three major seasons of a woman’s life and the experiences each stage holds. ​
Illustrated guidebook: The 128-page full-color guidebook includes an entry for each card written in the Crone’s own voice, pairing her thoughtful, lived insights with inspiring reflection prompts inspired by author Susannah Conway’s experience guiding students in journaling. Use the deck for daily draws, journaling or meditation practices, intuitive exploration, or creative self-reflection.

Meet Susannah
Susannah Conway (she/her) is a writer and teacher living in historic Bath, UK, with her feline familiars, Mousey & Lolly, and a family of foxes in the garden.
Dedicated to helping people access their creative joy and nurture a deeper kinder relationship with themselves, Susannah’s online courses and workshops have shared the joy of tarot, journaling, creativity and inner child care with tens of thousands of people from over 50 countries around the world.
Her first book, This I Know: Notes on Unraveling the Heart, hit bookshelves in 2012 and Susannah continues to unravel her neurodivergent mind and heart on the endlessly patient pages of her journal.
